Terms of use
Last updated 25 September 2026 (pilot version)
These terms apply to Skoolu, provided by Chethana Solutions to schools in India. By using Skoolu you agree to them. If your school has signed an agreement with us, that agreement takes priority.
Accounts
Your school gives you access. Use only your own account, keep your sign-in private, and tell your school admin if you think someone else has used it.
Using AI output
Skoolu drafts; you decide. AI can be wrong, biased or incomplete, so check facts, marks and feedback before you use or share them. You are responsible for what you publish to students and parents.
Student information
Add student information only when your school has agreed to it and holds the consent the law requires. During the pilot, use test students only.
Acceptable use
Do not use Skoolu to break the law, harm or harass anyone, create content unsafe for children, upload material you have no right to use, or interfere with the service or its security.
Your content
Your school and its staff own what they upload and create. You allow us to process it only to run Skoolu for your school. We own the Skoolu software and brand.
Availability
Skoolu is in a pilot. We work to keep it available and accurate, but provide it as is, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We may change or pause features and will tell schools about major changes.
Ending use
Your school can stop using Skoolu at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Send questions through the support form in the help centre or, without an account, the contact form on our home page. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
