Troubleshooting

I cannot see my class or a tool. Ask an admin to check your class assignment and the school's tool switches.

A generation stopped or looks wrong. Check the inputs and source material, then try again. Review facts, equations and labels before sharing. Your earlier output may still be in History.

A student cannot sign in. Check the card code, issue a new card if needed, and confirm the room is open for that class and time.

A parent cannot see results. Skoolu does not send answer-checking results or progress cards to parents or to parent.skoolu. Parents see only what their school shares in its parent app.

The issue continues. Use Contact support on the help centre while signed in. Describe the screen and what happened. Do not include passwords, full student names or guardian contact details.
