School rollout kit

Use these short notes when your school is ready to introduce Skoolu. Adapt them to your own rules and share them through your usual school channels. Check the onboarding checklist first.

For teachers

Your Skoolu account is ready. Sign in with the one-time link from the school admin. Choose your assigned class and subject, then try one tool. Check and edit every AI draft before using it. Student marks, writing feedback and progress cards need your approval before publication. The help centre has step-by-step guides.

For students

Your teacher will give you a sign-in card and tell you when your class study room is open. The AI helpers give hints so you can practise. Your teacher can read every chat and may comment or pause the room. Please do not type private details such as a phone number or address. Ask your teacher if your card does not work.

For parents

Teachers use Skoolu to prepare learning materials and review student work. AI may suggest marks or progress-card wording, but a teacher checks and approves it before publication. Please contact your class teacher if you have a question about a result.

Launch checks

1. Confirm every teacher has the right class and subject in People and Classes.
2. Preview imported rosters and guardian details before saving them.
3. Review tool switches, room safety settings, school branding and Knowledge documents.
4. Print cards, open one trial room with test people, and check the teacher alert view.
5. Publish only a teacher-approved test result before wider use.
